I created the site because I love Prétear.  It's my absolute favourite anime series of all time and I was inspired to fanart it.  The artwork in the manga is simply gorgeous.  I searched for an anime that I could dedicate myself to fanart.  I drew so many different characters from so many different series, but I was not inspired to keep on drawing them.  I wanted a series that I truly loved.  There were so many series I liked, and some which I grew to love eventually with a bit of forced emotion, but none 'love at first sight.'  I must say, after reading just the first few pages of the manga, up to the point where Himeno met Hayate and shortly punched him afterwards>>You could say I fell in love with Prétear.  Himeno is a good character and Hayate, well he's my favourite.  And the story is so well created and modified from 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarves'.  I've always liked fairy tales and this version stands out on top.  

Now, about the site.  I googled up for Prétear art and fanart and anything related to Prétear in general.  To my great sorrow, I found so little.  The few precious sites I found contained mostly official media and I thought that I should contribute with my own stuff in my own way.  I wished there was more Prétear fanart out there because '"I'm a sick twisted freak who wants to see certain characters together..." (LOL, aren't we all?)  I wanted to draw HxH because they are just so cute.  Then Sasame was too good looking to ignore so I had to fanart him as well.  Mannen is my favourite kid and it wouldn't be fair to just draw him so Shin and Hajime tagged along into my artworks.  Last, but not least, I felt sorry for the two remaining knights and out of sheer guilt, drew them as well.  The other characters...erm, whenever I sorta feel like it I suppose.  I might not mind drawing Tanaka, but Mayune...who the heck cares for someone so annoying!?!?  Her laugh just freaks me out.  Mawata, well she has fans so I could draw her once in a blue moon.  Definitely not the parents.  Yayoi?...sure if I pair her up with someone...

Extended the artwork into fanfiction.  I must admit that I never ever imagined myself as a fanfictionist.  I thought I'd never do it.  I didn't even read it...until Prétear came along...and I've written like mad.   Then decided to add on an information area because I will eventually put the site up on an official domain, when I find a good host and blah blah blah.  Kokorokara for alternate fanarts, just the ones I decided to colour.  Perfect Prét:  To satisfy my HxH craze.  

Site for Prétear fans looking for something to look at.  I'm not the best artist, neither am I the worst...I'm one just gives it her all.  I tried hard to make it look somewhat like the anime+manga, but since I lack absolute talent, the stuff only looks similar.  I would like to draw Prétear in my own style, but XD it just looks so different, yet recognizable.
